London Textiles Studios: Terms, Conditions and Cancellation policy



Booking on the course: Payment must be received before the date of the workshop. 

Full payment is required at the time of completing the booking. Confirmation of your place will be emailed/posted to you.


Cancellation of the booking by the delegate

This must be made in writing as soon as possible. Any payments made are non-refundable but may be transferred towards any available forthcoming course of equivalent cost. If you do not attend on the day of the course without prior notification to London Textiles Studios all payments made will be forfeit.


Delegates should arrive 5 mins prior to the start of their class.

If a delegate is more then 25mins late the tutor may reserve the right to ask the delegate to wait until break/lunch before allowing them entry to the class.

In a workshop class tutors will reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant that arrives later then 25mins.


Cancellation of a course by London Textiles Studios

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop or course. In this event, you may transfer to another available course of equivalent cost or take a refund .Our liability will be limited to the amount of money which is received  from your booking.

By the nature of our workshops and courses the contents require flexibility and all descriptions must therefore be regarded as an indication only. We reserve the right at any time to change details or contents. If any significant change occurs after you receive confirmation of your booking you will be given the opportunity to transfer to another available course of equivalent cost.

London Textiles Studios do not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the delegate or any other person included on the booking form unless proven to arise from negligence on the part London Textiles Studios or their employees.
